Official Rules for the 2016 Dodge Dart Raffle
1. Ticket Purchases:
   - Contestants may purchase an unlimited number of tickets. Each ticket represents one entry into the raffle.  
   - Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  
   - The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and older.  
2. Drawing Date & Method:
   - The drawing will be held on April 24, 2025, via IG Live (Instagram Live).  
   - If the ticket sales quota is met before this date, the drawing may be conducted earlier, with proper notice given to participants.  
   - The winning ticket will be drawn at random.  
3. Prize Details:
   - The prize is a 2016 Dodge Dart, which is in running and driving condition and comes with a clean title. 
   - The vehicle is awarded in “as-is” condition, with no warranties, guarantees, or implied promises of future performance.  
4. Winner Responsibilities:
   - The winner must cover all costs related to the title transfer, registration, taxes, and any other applicable fees.
- The winner has seven (7) days from the date of the announcement to retrieve or arrange transportation for the vehicle.  
   - If the winner fails to claim the vehicle within this time frame, the prize may be forfeited, and a new drawing may be held to select an alternate winner.  
5. General Terms & Conditions:
   - By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and accept the raffle outcome as final.  
   - The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances.  
   - This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other third party.
